HOTY Awards

The HOTY Architect of the year awards are now open,  for entry please include: Name of practice, the project’s name, location, client, dates for the commencement and completion of construction and contract value. We  also need as many photographs, sketches and/or visualisations as you feel appropriate. 

By entering the HOTY Construction company of the year awards, you will be a part of the largest and most respected construction awards around and will be able to enjoy extensive benefits throughout the campaign including: Showcasing your achievements & innovations to the wider industry & potential clients. For entry we will require multiple project details over a 12 month period.

Dubbed the ‘BAFTA's of the interior design world’; the HOTY Interior Designer of the Year award is as prestigious as they come. In order to enter a practice must have already achieved other industry awards. For entry, the celebrity judging panel will need to see more than just a project; interior design is an Art required to track the ebbs and flows of the way humans have been decorating their homes over centuries; the winner will need to provide an endlessly fascinating display of aesthetic excellence.

The HOTY Lighting/ Av Design Award was created to recognize the efforts of talented international lighting product designers and lighting implementers. We believe that lighting (and Av) is both an art and a science, and it is one of the most important elements of design, our award was envisioned to celebrate creativity and innovation in the fields of lighting products and applications. Entry now open.

The HOTY Furniture Awards recognise the best of the industries furniture providers, based on the quality and value of their output. All entries are assessed by a panel of eminent furniture industry leaders, buyers and designers, before the most promising are shortlisted for on-site inspection. This year entries will need to submit sustainability statement along with their application.
 

 At the heart of the HOTY Landscape Garden Awards is an independent panel of Judges drawn from across the industry. The judges are respected experts including designers, academics, journalists and horticultural professionals who will be selecting the shortlisted and winning designs. Only one project per entry.

The HOTY Structural Engineer of the year awards are now open,  for entry please submit a poster presentation of the project you are most proud of working on and why.  Showcase your skills, achievements and how you’re driving the profession forward and become an ambassador for the industry. Entry now open.

 This HOTY standout MEP firm will need to boast sustainability initiatives, significant growth as well as further specialist capabilities, from offsite to in-house technologies. The winner will need to illustrate a more sustainable approach to contracting driving efficiencies through engineering and process improvements.  

The HOTY CDM Consultant of the Year award is based on the services provided to residential or commercial schemes that have been seen through from concept to completion. We are looking for the best delivery team in the industry  and this award is a testament to the number one Principal Designers in the UK.

The HOTY Party Wall Surveyor of the year Award was created to recognize and celebrate the most inspirational surveying professionals in the UK. Our judges are looking for outstanding role models who work to the highest standards of professionalism and act as advocates for the profession.  Entry to the awards is free of charge and individuals can self-nominate or can be nominated by their manager, colleagues or clients. 

The HOTY Building Inspector of the year award is to provide a comprehensive understanding of which companies are truly leaders within their area of specialisation.  For this category a proprietary method of analysis will rank the winner based on their domestic and international work. This ranking method produces a list of shortlisted firms, based on a very comprehensive set of criteria. Self-nominated entry is permitted.
 

The HOTY QS & Project Manager of the year celebrates project professionals from around the world recognising the very best within the project profession, from aspiring young project managers to complex and transformational projects and programmes, both in the UK and internationally. The very best firms are cost conscious and meticulous communicators.  For entry we will require one project per application.
